What are the lights doing on Libris? Check our device behavior reference.
If the unit is stuck flashing the "disco lights" and not saying anything, most likely the activation is out of sequence.
Power off the Libris...
- Remove the device from the charger.
- Press the call button once quickly and release the button
- Press the call button down a 2nd time but this time hold the call button down for 7 seconds
- A power off confirmation message will be played.
...and then place the Libris on the Charger to start the activation process again.
Lastly, confirm you have good cellular connectivity by using a cell phone, the platform, or other 3rd party reference. Our cellular coverage issues article provides some guidance.
