To add a subscription to a notification, click on Subscription in the portal side navigation. Then, under My Contact Information, click on the pencil “edit” icon and select a preferred method of delivery for notifications – email or SMS. Enter in the email address or phone number you want notifications sent to.
Next go to “My Subscription” section and click on the “Add Subscriptions” button. Choose an event from the drop menu and then select a method of delivery, either email or SMS. Click OK to save the subscription.
